This crocheted doll is based on the character of Alex DeLarge from Stanley Kubrick's movie adaptation of A Clockwork Orange, portrayed by Malcom McDowell. He's dressed in the iconic Droog costume including bowler hat, suspenders, codpiece, and eyeball cufflinks; he also features movable arms.
